Shipping policy

At WineLandSG, we aim to deliver a seamless wine subscription experience, straight to your door. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

 


 

Shipping Schedule

All subscription wine boxes are shipped on the 1st of every month. Orders placed before the last day of the month will be included in the following month's shipment. For example:

  • If you subscribe on June 15th, your first box will ship on July 1st.

  • If you subscribe on July 1st, your first box will ship on August 1st.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your box has been dispatched.

 


 

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Singapore only. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or missed deliveries.

 


 

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. All deliveries are made during working hours.

 


 

Missed Deliveries

If you're not available to receive the delivery, our courier partner will typically attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.

 


 

Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery requests (e.g. “leave at door” or “deliver after 6 PM”), please include them in the notes section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them.

 


 

Shipping Fees

Shipping is included in your subscription price unless otherwise stated. For one-off purchases or special items, additional fees may apply and will be shown at checkout.
