We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.
It must include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
The wine must not have been opened, chilled, or tampered with.
Due to the nature of wine, returns are subject to approval based on storage and handling conditions.
To start a return, email us at support@wineland.com.sg. Please note that approved returns must be sent to the return address we provide after review.
Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@wineland.com.sg with a photo of the item so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Due to food and alcohol safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened bottles or items not in original condition
Wine damaged after delivery (e.g., due to improper storage)
Gift cards or promotional bundles
Sale or clearance items
Want to switch your bottle? The fastest way is to return your item (if eligible), and place a separate order for the new selection once the return is confirmed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@wineland.com.sg.
